Social Marketing: Where Heart and Wallet Collide

• Assist with media placements by:
• Invoice processing
• Development and verification w/insertion orders & research discrepancies in invoices vs. placement
• Copy after signature – submit originals to Accounting
• Log invoice information into Accrual spreadsheet
• Develop & maintain accurate filing program.

• Research new markets for optimum media presence and buys.
• Process Application for Credit Info and W-9’s on new vendors
• Phone/Email solicitations:
• Reply with proper information to send complete media kit OR
• Send responses where appropriate.

• Maintain Media Kit files
• Update Advertising Grid with monthly placements
• Maintain tear sheet files
• All other duties as assigned
